I am a registered member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and subscribe to their Code of Ethics.

My Fees
My fees are £100 for one-to-one sessions and £150 for couple therapy.
Fees for therapy are payable by bank transfer 48 hours before your session is scheduled to start.
Fees are revised on an annual basis in September of each calendar year.
Session Length and Duration of Our Journey
Sessions last for 50 minutes and begin at the time booked. I see clients on a weekly basis, at the same time and at the same place, if practicable. Your therapeutic journey could have a short or a longer duration depending on your presenting issues and how you respond to the therapeutic work together.
Insurances
I am registered with the following health insurers to provide services covered by their
policies:
Aviva: Registered provider
AXA PPP: Psychotherapist
Cigna: Registered provider
Vitality Health: Registered psychotherapist
WPA: registered provider
I advise that you check with your insurer before booking a session, and make sure you comply with their pre-authorisation policy.
Cancellation Policy
I ask that clients give 72 hours’ notice if they wish to cancel a session, otherwise my fees for the session will be charged in full. If our appointment is scheduled in my Farringdon practice, I require a week’s notice, otherwise the cost of the room will be charged.
I do need this period of notice so that I can rearrange my diary or offer your slot to somebody else that week.
Where we have contracted to meet fortnightly, as in Couples Therapy, I will always charge for a missed session, as cancelling means the gaps between meetings are too long.
Additional Services and Emergencies
I offer online counselling/coaching and telephone counselling/coaching.
I do not cover emergency appointments. In case of an emergency please contact your GP or nearest A&E Department
